Exchange Policy

We will accept the exchange goods with the original condition within 7 days after you receive the goods. Please do not remove original tags.

Steps for Exchange

  • Email us your reason and explanation for the exchange to
  • We will reply to you within 2 working days.
  • Print our email and attach on the exchange parcel.
  • Use our original packaging from us for returning goods.
  • Ship it back to our address - Takashimaya Department Store, 4F Children Department. (or bring item/s to our store at Takashimaya Department Store for exchange)
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. It will only be processed once we have received the returned item/s and any additional payment which might be required.

Terms and Conditions

  • Any item returned to us must be in the same condition you received including the complete packaging and must not be damaged, soiled or altered.
  • All unaccepted returns will be sent back to the customer.
  • All shipping cost incurred in the return process is borne by the customer.
  • Additional processing fee may apply.
  • The customer is fully responsible for the item during the return process until it reaches back to our warehouse/store.
  • Items received not in original conditions may not be processed.
  • For hygiene reasons, once any baby or children underwear sets are opened, we will not accept any exchange or return.

Important Tips for Successful Exchanges

  • Ensure that you have printed the confirmation email.
  • Do not remove the original tags.
  • Item must be in the same condition as you received.
  • Use a reliable delivery services.
  • Use wrapping material to protect the item during delivery.
